In the automatic machining process, the operator should monitor the cutting process to prevent the abnormal cutting caused by workpiece quality problems and other accidents. The following aspects are mainly considered in monitoring the cutting process.


1. Hardware mold processing monitoring


The main consideration of roughing is the rapid removal of excess margin on the surface of the workpiece. In the automatic machining process of the machine tool, according to the set cutting parameters, the tool automatically cuts according to the predetermined cutting path. At this time, the operator should pay attention to observe the change of cutting load in the automatic machining process through the cutting load table, adjust the cutting amount according to the bearing condition of the tool, and play the greater efficiency of the machine tool.


2. Monitoring of cutting sound during cutting


In the automatic cutting process, when the cutting tool generally starts, the sound of the cutting workpiece is stable, continuous and light, and the movement of the machine tool is stable at this time. 4. Tool monitoring


The quality of the tool largely determines the processing quality of the metal mold frame. In the automatic machining cutting process, the normal wear condition and abnormal damage condition of the tool should be judged by sound monitoring, cutting time control, suspension inspection during cutting, workpiece surface analysis and other methods. It is necessary to deal with the tool in time according to the processing requirements to prevent the processing quality problems caused by the tool not being handled in time.
