1. Cr12MoV
Cr12MoV is one of the most common grades of die steel in China, its main components are carbon (C) 1.15%-1.25%, silicon (Si) 0.15%-0.35%, manganese (Mn) 0.40%-0.60%, molybdenum (Mo) 0.15%-0.30%, vanadium (V) 0.07%-0.12%. Cr12MoV has high hardness, strength and wear resistance, and is suitable for manufacturing various cold work dies, such as punches, blanking dies, cold heading dies, etc.
2. Cr12
Cr12 is a traditional high-carbon and high-chromium die steel in China, its main components are carbon (C) 1.10%-1.30%, silicon (Si) 0.15%-0.30%, manganese (Mn) 0.30%-0.60%, chromium (Cr) 11.00%-13.00%. Cr12 has good wear resistance and heat resistance, which is suitable for the manufacture of hot working dies, such as hot heading dies and hot extrusion dies.
3. 3Cr2Mo
3Cr2Mo is a commonly used alloy structural steel in China, its main components are carbon (C) 0.30%-0.40%, silicon (Si) 0.15%-0.35%, manganese (Mn) 0.60%-1.00%, chromium (Cr) 1.30%-1.80%, molybdenum (Mo) 0.20%-0.30%. 3Cr2Mo has high strength, toughness and wear resistance, and is suitable for manufacturing large, complex and stressed molds.
4. 5CrNiMo
5CrNiMo is a new type of high performance die steel in China. Its main components are carbon (C) 0.45%-0.55%, silicon (Si) 0.15%-0.35%, manganese (Mn) 0.60%-1.00%, chromium (Cr) 4.80%-5.50%, nickel (Ni) 0.70%-1.00%, carbon (C) 0.45%-0.55%, Silicon (Si) 0.15%-0.35%, manganese (Mn) 0.60%-1.00%, Chromium (Cr) 4.80%-5.50%, nickel (Ni) 0.70%-1.00%. Molybdenum (Mo) 0.15%-0.30%. 5CrNiMo has high strength, toughness and wear resistance, and has good thermal fatigue resistance, which is suitable for manufacturing large, complex and high-strength molds.
