The die assembly of the standard die should ensure that the convex and concave dies are aligned and the gap is uniform. To this end, attention should be paid to the assembly sequence of the upper and lower die, otherwise the gap may not be adjusted.
The assembly sequence of the upper and lower molds of the standard mold usually looks at which position of the main parts of the lower mold is restricted, which one is installed first, and then the position of the other is adjusted with it. According to this reason, the general assembly sequence of punching die is as follows.
1, no guide device mold This type of mold because the gap between the convex and concave molds is adjusted when the mold is installed to the machine tool, the assembly order of the upper and lower molds is not strictly required, and can be assembled separately.
2, the mold assembly with the guide device must first select the reference parts, such as guide plate, punch, concave die or convex and concave die, etc., install the reference parts first, and then assemble the relevant parts with the reference parts, adjust the convex and concave die gap and then install other auxiliary parts. If the concave die is installed in the lower die, it is generally convenient to install the lower die, and then the lower die is the base to install the upper die.
3, the composite mold with guide column has a guide device of the composite mold, generally installed the mold first, and then with the help of the punching position of the upper mold and the adjustment of the gap, the lower mold is firmly tightened.
4, the convex and concave molds are respectively equipped with the guide column mold of the upper and lower template sockets, the convex and concave molds are equipped with the upper and lower template sockets, the assembled upper and lower molds are closed, the gap between the convex and concave molds is adjusted, and the guide sleeve and the guide column holes are tightened after boring.
The progressive die of the standard mold is also known as a continuous die and a multi-process die, which is a die with two or more stations in the feeding direction. Its standard mold processing and assembly accuracy requirements are higher, more difficult. The relative position and step distance of each type of concave mold should be accurate when assembling. The position of the punch fixing plate, concave mold hole and discharge plate guide hole must be consistent, and the gap between the convex and concave dies of each group should be uniform. Therefore, the concave mold hole is the assembly base, which should be assembled first, and then the punch is assembled according to its positioning.
