How to install the standard mold correctly? What should we pay attention to when assembling and pressing the standard mold? The main contents are as follows:
1. The punch of the standard die embryo installed on the fixed plate is guided by the discharge plate, inserted into the concave model hole with the gasket, installed the die seat, and the processed screw holes on the fixed plate are used as the screw holes of the upper die seat, installed the screws and initially tightened.
2. Take out the gasket on the concave die, test the gap between the convex and concave die with the light transmission method, and then test punch with the paper cutting method, adjust and lock the screw.
3, test with the specified material, adjust the upper die seat, punch fixing plate, upper cushion plate with drilling, reaming pin holes, and pin.
4. Assemble auxiliary parts and test punch, print marks after adjustment, and deliver.
Method of fixing and pressing the standard mold
The pressing and fixing method of the standard die is the most common connection method between the punch and the fixed plate, which is suitable for the fixing of the stamping punch die with the thickness of the punching plate less than 6mm. H7/n6 or H7/m6 are usually used to fix the punch and the fixed plate hole. In order to facilitate the press, a guide cone with a length of 3 ~ 5mm is designed on the press end of the punch or the entrance of the fixed plate hole.
The pressing and fixing method of the standard die is to press the convex die directly into the mold hole of the fixed plate, and the assembly process is the same as that of the die handle. In order to ensure that the punch edge is sharp, it is also necessary to smooth the punch edge surface with the base surface of the fixed plate. When sharpening a small punch, use a small cutting amount or protective measures for grinding to prevent its deformation.
